1. I shoot with the high end Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II 16.7 megapixel digital
camera. After editing, your wedding proofs will be posted online on a
password protected site. You will also get a CD with a slide show of the
proofs for your computer. Hard copy proofs in a proof album are available
for an additional charge of $350.00, and must be ordered in advance.
2. I will attend your rehearsal to familiarize myself with the steps in
your particular ceremony, and to meet the people in your wedding party,
as well as to get any last minute instructions or information on particular
photos you desire. I will take preliminary photos of your rehearsal, since
I will have all my equipment with me anyway to check lighting conditions,
and camera angles, and it helps to tell your wedding story.
3. On the day of your wedding, I will photograph the preparations of both
sides of the wedding party. A written itinerary of the day’s events,
with times as close as you can approximate is necessary. Please mark your
calendar and provide this two weeks prior to your wedding date. This list
should include names of prominent people in your wedding. For example;
( father-of-the-bride is Joe, maid-of-honor is Heather, etc.) Please use
the name they are usually addressed by, such as Bob rather than Robert
if that is how they are known. This makes it easier for me when we are
setting up posed shots. If you have special shots, such as formals with
combinations of particular persons important to you, please let me know.
Don't bother yourself with detailing any of the standard shots, as I will
be doing those anyway. Many of the shots at weddings are standard from
one wedding to another, but couples often have ideas unique to them. At
any time throughout the day, feel free to suggest photo ideas which come
to you.
4. Formal posed photos will be arranged immediately after the ceremony,
while the wedding party is still intact.
5. I will attend the reception and shoot candid photos until I feel I’ve
covered your wedding day completely. When you are making arrangements
for your reception dinner, please put me down for a vegetarian meal.
6. An initial deposit of $600.00 is required to secure the date of your
wedding, due as soon as you confirm that you would like me to be your
photographer. (non-refundable if within 8 months of your wedding date)
Two weeks prior to your wedding date, a down payment of ½ the remaining
balance, or $700.00 is due, along with your written itinerary, and any
last minute instructions, or requests from you. The final payment of $700.00
is due on your wedding day, bringing the total cost to $2,000.00
7. All images will be coded with a 3 digit number by which you may order
enlargements or reprints in the future.
All full resolution digital files and copyrights are retained by Roger

I hereby authorize Roger W. Marcoux and/or parties designated by him to
use my photograph in conjunction with my name for reproduction in any
medium the photographer or his designees see fit for purposes of advertising,
display, exhibition, or editorial use. I affirm that I am more than 18
years of age.
